Meet Marlene Ginsberg My focus is the Central Morris County area. As a highly interactive, talkative, people person, I love selling real estate and my love shines through for all my buyers and sellers. Having personally relocated from New York to Morris County, I can fully understand the stress of moving to a totally new area. Subsequently, we upgraded after that move, so I can appreciate the anxiety of that activity. Though it is over 35 years ago, the memory of the ups and downs of being a first-time buyer still seems fresh. I have lived, with my husband Steve, in Morris County for over 35 years and has raised three children all products of Morris county educational institutions. Jason and David have completed their undergraduate and graduate educations at the University of Wisconsin -Madison. Jason is engaged to Kimberly and lives and works in Chicago and will be married this December. David is married to Ilana. They live in New Jersey and both work in nearby Manhattan. My daughter Jennifer is a Northwestern University graduate and began attending George Washington University Law School in August. After obtaining my Masters degree in early childhood education and taught and ran NYC's largest bilingual day care center. We settled in Randolph to raise our family while I headed the local chapter of international educational charity. The people focus of these endeavors made the transition to residential real estate seem natural. My hobbies include fitness center exercise, cooking, walking, reading and traveling. My travels have taken me not just to the Jesey Shore but beyond to a good part of the USA, Europe, Isreal, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Visiting diverse cultures has complimented the skill I have obtained from working on the real needs of anumber of clients who have relocated to New Jersey from many of these same places. I has been an active licensed real estate professional for almost 30 years. I has generated over $250 MM in real estate sales while successfully helping hundreds and hundreds of families move. My commitment to Morris County goes beyond helping families call Morris County home. I am an active member the gala committee for the Cancer Hope Network, a Morristown-based charity connecting currently diagnosed cancer patients with cancer survivors who were diagnosed with the same condition. I am a volunteer for the Mayo Center for the Performing Arts' Community Theater and an active member of the Morristown Jewish Center. A perennial multi-million dollar producer (Gold Level - $15 MM in annual sales), I has been a member of the prestigious Coldwell Bankers International President's Elite, which recognizes the top 1% of the company, for over the last eight years. I has also received an award for being #1 IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and is consistently ranked among the top 50 out of 3500 Coldwell Banker agents in New Jersey year in and year out. As your NUMBER1EXPERT for the Randolph, Parsippany, Denville and Morristown/Morris Township areas of Morris County, I head a team of real estate professionals that are very well equipped to provide you the finest service for all your real estate needs. Put me and my entire team to work for you!

About Appraisals >The Language of Real Estate Agents
Technical terms can be confusing to people who do not work in a profession, and real estate agents use language that may be confusing to many home buyers and sellers.
If you find your eyes glazing over when your real estate agent starts talking about escrow, clear title, easements, encroachments, contingencies, financing, appraisals and the closing process, don't hesitate to ask for a translation. Buying or selling a home is a major step, and professional real estate agents are totally committed to helping you understand the process thoroughly so that you can make informed decisions.
The simple transaction of trading the sellers' house for the buyers' money has become complicated by several hundred years of custom, common law, and state and local government requirements. Consumer demands have resulted in up-to-date rules that communication be as clear and understandable as possible. Real estate agents work to create an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable to ask questions.
