Hi! Welcome to MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY. I am MARLENE GINSBERG of COLDWELL BANKER America's NUMBER1EXPERT for Information on Morristown, Morris Township, Morris Plains, Hanover, Randolph, Parsippany, and Denville. SERVING YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS FOR ALL OF CENTRAL MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

In marketing real estate in Parsippany, Randolph, Denville and Morristown there are a number of key factors. I've summarized much of what is important about the real estate market in these communities in this site. My team of Jayne, Betsy, Valerie, Alfonso, Geri and I, however, can offer you our vast knowledge of the entire area including: Morris Plains, Whippany, Hanover, Mendham, Rockaway, Roxbury, Chatham, Succasunna, Dover, Wharton and White Meadow Lake just to name a few. Alfonso Tipacti is our Spanish-speaking agent who helps those buyers and sellers who are more comfortable in Spanish find the right home to buy or to sell their home. Click on the Se Habla Espanol button in the upper right corner to contact Alfonso directly.
ARE YOU RETIRED OR IS RETIREMENT IN YOUR NEAR FUTURE? Well you have come to the right website. Just click on one of the two bottom buttons on the left and you will be whisked to my 55+ Communities or Snowbird Retirement Options webpages.
The current economic downturn has finally impacted Central Morris County. We have taken action by adding a Short Sale/Foreclosure button, on the left-hand side on this page, to quickly take you to that webpage if that is your real estate focus. These current conditions have heightened interest in homes for rent as an alternative to homes for sale. If you are comtemplating Rentals clicking on our Rentals R' Us on the left - side of this page is for you.
If it is a corporate transfer that you are dealing with, then your real estate ticket is "punched" by clicking on the Corporate Relo Info button located on near the top left-hand side of this page.
WE LOVE BUYERS Jayne Adamsky & Valerie Reynolds hold the ABR designation. They are accredited buyers agents. They have lots of references to show their business acumen, patience, thoroughness and that "Sevice with a Smile" style.

Curb Appeal >Trees Improve Energy Efficiency
Mature trees add "curb appeal" to a property and can make a home more energy efficient. Planted at the edges of a building, a tree's broad canopy of leaves softens the hard lines of architecture and offers shade. Trees absorb light reflected from the roof and decrease the air temperature surrounding your home through evaporation of moisture.
The positioning of trees and shrubs around your home has a significant effect on how much you'll be paying to heat and cool your house each month. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, even one strategically placed tree can reduce your heating and cooling bill up to 25 percent. In general, deciduous trees planted on the south and west sides of the house keep the home cool during the summer and allow low-angle sun into the home during the winter. If you live on a windy hill or coastal bluff, planting evergreen trees or shrubs on the north and west sides of your structure will help protect your home from winter gusts and storms.
Consult your landscape designer for advice about your particular property.
