Marlene Was Great!
"Last spring I contacted Marlene to assist me in locating a home in the Morristown/Randolph area. I obtained her name through the Randolph township office (who informed me that she was the best real estate associate out there). As my move was part of a corporate relocation, my time was extremely limited since I was commuting between here and Atlanta. In addition, my husband was still based in Atlanta and was traveling extensively for his job. Marlene was great! She patiently worked through all my schedule changes and specific demands regarding location, amenities, etc (often working with my secretary when I wasn't available). When we found the house we thought we wanted, she came through again for us. She made last minute arrangements for us to see the house again, picked us up at our hotel, took us to the house for another walk through, took us to the office to write the contract and dropped us off at the hotel just in time for our pickup to the airport. Our closing went smoothly due in no small part to Marlene who assisted us in finding a home inspector and other contacts in the community. One would think that the service would end there. However, Marlene has been kind enough to stop by to check on us, offer help in finding a cleaning service, synagogues and churches, and anything else we needed. I will certainly continue to recommend Marlene to anyone I know who is looking for a home. While I'm sure none of this surprises you, I wanted to be sure to tell you how terrific Marlene was throughout our move."

Time to Move >Smooth Moves
There are many details to handle when you move out of one house and into another. Since it is easy to forget things in the rush of moving, making a written checklist of everything that needs to be done is an invaluable aid.
Be sure to include such tasks as providing the post office, your bank, credit card companies, and publications to which you subscribe with your new address. Let your insurance agent know about the move to ensure that your personal property will be covered at both houses. Call the utility companies ahead of time to arrange for the cut-off and turn-on dates for gas, electricity, water and telephone service. Put important documents, such as birth or marriage certificates, tax returns and home ownership documents together in a safe place as you pack, so that you can locate them easily.
It will give you a great deal of satisfaction to check off each item on your list as it is handled.
