My focus is
the Central Morris County area. This affluent suburban area appeals to both
families and singles alike. In addition to the singles scene, the family
focus is on people with families, people who are planning to raise families,
and people who have raised families. I have been married to my husband Steve
for over 30 years and have three children--Jason, David, and Jennifer. Jason
has a degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and after
working in Chicago & Boston, is now completing his MBA fellowship at UW,
where he is a teaching assistant. David followed his brother and this badger
has completed his degree in Advertising at UW and works for a large ad agency
in New York. Their sister is a sophomore at Randolph High School. Steve and I
grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where I attended Brooklyn College, obtaining
both a Bachelor and Master degrees in early childhood education.
For several
years, I taught and ran NYC's largest bilingual day care center. We then
settled in Randolph and prepared to raise our family while I headed the
Morristown chapter of an international charitable organization that supported
vocational education throughout the world. I think working with people during
both my educational and charity work experience made my transition into the
residential real estate world a natural.
My hobbies
include fitness center exercise (my office calls me "The Fitness Fanatic"),
cooking, walking, reading, traveling, and going to the beach on the Jersey
Shore. My travels have taken my husband and me to Canada, Mexico, Central
America and the Caribbean, Europe and Israel, as well as throughout the United
States. These trips have afforded me the opportunity to see diverse cultures in
their native lands. These experiences have helped to enhance my skills in
handling the real estate needs of a number of my clients who have relocated
from many of these places, as well as other parts of the world.
As a highly
interactive, talkative, people person, I love selling real estate and my love
for the business shines through for all my buyers and sellers. Having
personally relocated from New York to New Jersey, I can fully understand the
stress of moving to a totally new area. Subsequently, I upgraded after that
move, so I can appreciate the anxiety of that activity. Though over 25 years
ago, the memory of the ups and downs of being a first-time buyer still seems
fresh.
